About the ban
- Your Minecraft username, spelled exactly as it appears in game.
- Which game you were playing, for example Survival Games.
- The ban message you see when you try to join. A screenshot is best.
- Roughly when it happened, with your time zone.
Every ban can be appealed. Appeals are read by staff in a private conversation on our Discord, and you are told the outcome there.
Appeals are handled on our Discord, in a private conversation that only you and staff can see. It takes a few minutes to send one. Active bans and their reasons are shown on the ban list.
Joining on another account while banned, sending several appeals for the same ban, or messaging staff members directly. One clear appeal in the right place is enough.
No. The appeal has to come from the person who owns the banned Minecraft account.
Mutes are appealed the same way. Say that it is a mute and include the same details.
Appeals are answered by staff as they become available, so there is no fixed time. You will get a reply in the same private conversation; there is no need to ask again.
The reply will say why. A ban with an end date still ends on that date. Sending the same appeal again does not change the result; new information might.
Say so in the appeal and secure your Microsoft account first by changing its password. Staff can only judge what happened on the account, so include anything that shows it was not you.
Appeals are handled on Discord so that each one stays private and on record. A free account is enough, and you can leave the server once your appeal is closed.
Have your username and the ban message to hand, then open your appeal.
